Can the property be jointly owned?
No. However for multiple owner, it is preferred to purchase the condominium under a company name in which all the Directors are the co-owner of the Property.
What is the Booking and Registration Process?
The Units are ready and Completed. After the Booking payment of 30%, Developer Buyer Contract shall be executed. On Receipt of full payment, the occupancy certificate and title Deed shall be handed over to the Buyer by the Municipality Corporation of Pattaya (City Hall Administration).
How is the Investor protected for his investment?
